Each year, HTK presents the Blue Chip Award to one of its financial professionals who exemplifies the principles and core values of HTK. To qualify for the award, the recipient must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and service to clients and be a top financial professional with HTK.*
Jason Rucker, founding partner of Cambridge Financial Services, Chandler, Arizona, is a Silver Medalist with HTK for 2023, the immediate past president of the Penn Mutual National Advisory Council and accomplished HTK financial professional. Rucker has been serving business owners and professionals for 26 years in Arizona, with a focus on understanding their goals, then constructing strategies to help reduce the impact of taxation, market volatility and inflation — all while helping clients make decisions to support growth towards reaching their financial goals.
In addition to faithfully serving his clients, Rucker has served on numerous boards and committees within Penn Mutual and HTK. He is the immediate past president of the Penn Mutual National Advisory Council Executive Committee, the current Penn Mutual Experience and Engagement Committee Chairperson since 2020, a Penn Mutual Advisor Benefits Committee member, and an HTK Committee member. Beyond these commitments and contributions, he is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has served as a guest lecturer for many industry conferences and workshops.
“Jason has not only established himself as an accomplished financial professional, but has demonstrated tremendous leadership and outstanding service to HTK and Penn Mutual,” says Aaron Gordon, HTK president. “We are proud to celebrate Jason and recognize him with this award. In addition to his work with clients, Jason has had a broader impact to support the work of HTK financial professionals through his ongoing engagement with HTK and valuable contributions to our council.”
Outside of the workplace, Rucker is a hunting, fishing, and sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his family.
